Rotating separator

The rotating separator machine was designed to separate solid/liquid sludge from pig, sheep and poultry farms and meat and fish processing industries, etc. It is entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304 and on request is supplied with a specific support platform.

The variable tilt, filtering system always enables excellent solid/liquid separation. A nylon brush, parallel to the rotating drum, and a backwashing system ensure constant cleaning.

An excellent flow rate is obtained with an anti-clogging recycling system: the separated solid product after a cycloidal route exits via an adequate drainage outlet, while the separated sludge exits via a flanged outlet. The main advantages of this machine are its low purchasing cost, the absence of operator labour and its very low energy consumption.
