Rotary Separator For Entrails

The rotary separator machine was designed to separate solid/liquid products originating in slaughterhouses, such as guts.

The oblong shape and slimy content of the guts in fact create some major problems for traditional machines, such as screw compactors or rotating screens with scraper blades.

The rotary separator for entrails instead was designed so that the solid part, during the separation phase from the liquid part, does not encounter obstacles where they can get stuck, and as a result clog the filtering cylinder to reduce processing efficiency.
The machine is also equipped with a timed washing system that keeps the surface of the filtering cylinder constantly clean.
