Polypreparator

The POLYPREPARATOR is a machine used to automatically prepare powder polyelectrolyte and water solutions in the desired concentrations, using a specific system for dosing and mixing of ingredients.

The powder product, using a variable speed screw feeder, is dosed and pre-mixed with water inside a first preparation tank equipped with an agitator. The solution obtained passes, through spillways, from the first to the second tank (maturation) and then passes to the third (accumulation). The latter is equipped with an adjustable overfill device and level probes for automatic functioning. Each tank is equipped with agitators to keep the solution homogenous and drains on the bottom to ensure all compartments are emptied, if necessary.

The machine flow rates vary from 500 to 3000 litres.
The machine is completely manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 and the hydraulic system is manufactured in PVC.
